ENTERPRISE APPLICATION
[ ] Valid enterprise registration documents.
[ ] Legal or authorised representative details.
[ ] Enterprise contact information.
[ ] Official enterprise application form (request from the secretariat).
[ ] Confirm review, acceptance and fee arrangements.

Submit supporting documents only through verified official channels. Membership is subject to official documents and review.
